1. How is your apparel printed?
All apparel is printed by direct printing the ink onto the garment. The ink is permanently embedded into the fabric for long lasting designs that will not crack or peel off.
2. How long does it take for an order to be printed?
Most orders ship within two to three business days. Express orders are printed first.
3. How are your products shipped?
All orders are printed and shipped from Ohio. Standard shipping is by first class mail. Express 1-2 day shipping is available for domestic orders. This is 1-2 days from the date of shipping. We also ship to Canada.
4. Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes. This following discounts are automatically applied as you add items to your cart.

6. This is a gift, will the recipient see what I paid?
No, all of our orders ship with a packing list that does not include pricing information. The name of the person ordering is printed on the packing list so the recipient will know who the gift is from.
7. Do you handle special requests?
Yes, we handle special requests. If you are looking for a specific kind of graphic, let us know and we will do what we can to provide it. If you want to print on the back instead of the front of a product, let us know and we can usually do that too.
